Co-founding

We don't advise. We build.

We're 6 people and growing, specialised in early-stage startups and in automating the processes that eat your day. Everything below is in production.

Tell me what you're building
The first months are one decision after another.
  1. Who builds it?

What it looks likeThe agency with the best quoteWhat works out betterSomeone who decides the scope with you
  2. What goes first?

What it looks likeEverything you need in order to launchWhat works out betterThe one thing you can sell this week
  3. When do you raise?

What it looks likeOnce the product is finishedWhat works out betterOnce there's something to show, and someone to show it to

And none of them can be judged until you've already made it.

A non-technical founder loses the first months on decisions they can't evaluate.

And pays for them over the next two years.

What it covers

Three fronts at once.

  1. 01

    Product and architecture

The four above are built that way: decisions made for the stage you were at, not the one you'll be at in three years.

  2. 02

    Internal automation

The processes you do by hand today and that will eat your day in six months: invoices somebody types in, commissions somebody reconciles, documents arriving through five different channels. They get automated before they break, not after.

  3. 03

    Fundraising

What an investor expects to hear and who to talk to. You don't start that part from zero.

Who we are

6 people, and growing.

Specialised in early-stage startups and in process automation. We work inside the project, not from outside with a report.

  • Built

    4

Products in production, in four sectors that look nothing alike. You can go into all four.

  • Automated

    1,5 M€

Saved at SD Worx. Also ING Bank and Representaciones Aguilera.

  • Distilled

    143

Videos and episodes turned into 323 searchable techniques. That's the Brain, and it came out of here.

Automation

And the processes that eat your day.

Not only in startups. The same bottlenecks show up in large companies, and there the saving is measured in money.

  • SD Worx

    Payroll and HR

    €1.5M saved

    Internal process automation.

  • ING Bank

    Banking

    Internal process automation.

  • Representaciones Aguilera

    Distribution

Commissions stopped being reconciled by hand: documents come in through any channel and the system validates before touching the master file.

What they say

Founders I've built with.

  • It wasn't only the technical side. Cristian got into the business model, negotiated with me in front of people, came to Brazil to sell, and was there for the funding round.
    Enrique · Founder of Oquea
  • I understood film and talent representation, but I was missing the connection to the startup world. We put the two together: my industry and his way of building.
    Toni · Founder of Trama
  • It was an idea in my head and I never thought I'd actually see it. Knowing the business and the development are in hands like those gives me a lot of peace of mind.
    Alan · Founder of Lumbra

Questions

Before you write.

Is this an agency?
No. An agency delivers and leaves. Here I work inside your project, with access to the decisions, and the goal is that at some point you don't need me to keep it standing.
At what stage does this make sense?
Early stage: you have a validated idea or a first product and you're missing the technical half to actually move it forward. If you already have an engineering team in place, this probably isn't what you need.
How is the agreement structured?
It depends on the startup and where it is. There are cases of monthly dedication and cases where equity makes more sense. It's discussed before starting, not halfway through.
